Shopping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Most orders placed before 4:30 MST ship same day out of Southern Utah.  Typically, small packages such as single grates or orders containing 1 drain kit ship USPS. Most orders containing 2 or more drain kits ship UPS ground. 

Do you ship to Canada?

Canada will be added soon!

How long will it take to get my package?

Most packages should arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need it in a hurry, reach out and we’ll see what we can do! 

Compatibility Questions

What waterproofing membranes can be used?

The FFX bond flange features a woven fabric bonding surface that provides an optimal surface for nearly all bonded, surface applied waterproofing membranes designed and specified to be used as a shower pan liner. This includes paint on, liquid applied membranes and thinset mortar applied sheet membranes.  We always recommend completing a 24 hour flood test to ensure proper application.

Does your Universal Bond Flange Kit work with a Schluter foam tray?

The FloFX Universal Bond Flange Kit does not fit well within the Schluter foam tray. We recommend a custom shower tray made to order based on your specific shower dimensions from Rodkat.com Builtwithfoam.com or Showerconcept.com

For Schluter users, we recommend using their standard Kerdi drain kit (not the residential adapter version) along with our FFX Grate Install Kit paired with your choice of FloFX Grate.

How long is the warranty?

The FFX drain system comes with a lifetime product warranty, and will match the duration of the waterproofing manufacture warranty for the connection to the bond flange when proper installation methods and waterproofing manufacturer instructions are met.

You should receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. Alternatively, you can log into your My Account page for up to date tracking information.
