The FFX Grate Install Kit is designed to use any standard (not Tile-In) FloFX grate with a standard Schluter Kerdi®, or Profilitec® bond flange drain. This is NOT required to use our Universal Bond Flange Kit and comes included with our Traditional Round Bond Flange Kit.
Grate sold separately. Not compatible with the Schluter residential adapter kit.
The FFX Grate Install Kit features a patent pending adjustment ring including a recessed area for the grate to go lower, allowing for mosaics as thin as 1/8″. While also filling the adjustment gap and providing a flat transition to simplify the installation of small mosaics. The underside of the adjustment ring includes weep channels, allowing water to drain off the waterproof membrane.
